New Patient Coordinator at ROOT Periodontal & Implant Centers

A New Patient Coordinator greets incoming calls from patients and referring doctors of the dental facility. The duties and responsibilities of a ROOT NP Coordinator are:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide the first impression of ROOT
  • Prepare and conduct Morning & Evening Huddles
  • Responsible for checking emails throughout the day
  • Responsible for checking all messages and messaging services
  • Return all messages and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Text confirmations for patients, call patients who have not responded within 48 hours of appointment
  • Cross Trained to check-in & check-out all patients
  • Work on doctor and hygiene charts to verify codes, price, notes, x-rays, CBCT, etc are all transferred and saved on their chart for all offices
  • Print Route Slips and Verify Health History
  • Communicate with referring doctors to obtain referrals for new patients and schedule new patients. Track of all NP’s and referrals
  • Save all data (x-rays, referrals, hygiene correspondence) from referring offices
  • Reschedule patients if necessary
  • Brand Ambassador for ROOT. Ensuring all systems, tools, correspondence, communication and image align with the brand.

Dr. Fallah received his DDS degree in 2009 and subsequently completed his residency program in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontics in 2016 and has been practicing periodontics in private practice in Dallas since 2015.

Dr. Husain is proficient in dental surgical procedures involving bone and soft tissue grafting, dental implant placement, minimally invasive LANAP and other laser procedures, and treating chronic periodontal diseases.

Dr. Li is a Board-Certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. A Diplomate is a periodontist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty, demonstrating a comprehensive mastery of all phases of periodontal disease and treatment and in the placement of dental implants.

Dr. Sheppard has been in private practice since 2004.  She takes pride in providing her patients with the highest quality care using the latest technology and using a patient centered approach.
