The Seattle Study Club® of Dallas
The Seattle Study Club® took Dr. Michael Cohen 15 years to develop and perfect, and now it is the leader in continuing dental education. Today the Seattle Study Club™ consists of over 250 active and energetic specialists across the world, each with their own affiliated study clubs.
Dr. Patel is proud to be the leader of The Seattle Study Club of Dallas, an affiliate of The Seattle Study Club, since 2013. The focus of our small group is to promote excellence in total case management and interdisciplinary comprehensive treatment planning by integrating all aspects of general, periodontic, orthodontic, endodontic, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery. The members of this club have committed themselves to excellence in their profession and in the management of their practices.
Members of the Seattle Study Club of Dallas meet monthly from September to June to participate and learn from guest lectures, case studies, round tables, and hands-on labs. These doctors build lasting relationships during each session and often earn over 40 credit hours annually. Patients of these doctors can rest assured that their provider is committed to improving their experience and will provide the highest level of service and technicality. Our study club is an AGD and PACE certified education provider.

We also invite the hygienists of doctors who are members of The Seattle Study Club of Dallas to attend our ROOT Dental Hygiene Study Club meetings. During these meetings we emphasize on topics pertinent to hygienists, and facilitate an environment of learning and comradery. We host 3 guest lecturers and 4 virtual lectures throughout the fall and spring of each year and offer the availability for continuing education hours.

The training that Dr. Patel has received has given him a wide range of experience in treating advanced periodontal disease, complicated extractions of teeth, placement of dental implants, bone regenerative procedures, as well as in periodontal plastic surgery/cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Pooria Fallah

Dr. Fallah received his DDS degree in 2009 and subsequently completed his residency program in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontics in 2016 and has been practicing periodontics in private practice in Dallas since 2015.
Dr. Husain

Dr. Husain is proficient in dental surgical procedures involving bone and soft tissue grafting, dental implant placement, minimally invasive LANAP and other laser procedures, and treating chronic periodontal diseases.
Dr. Li

Dr. Li is a Board-Certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. A Diplomate is a periodontist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty, demonstrating a comprehensive mastery of all phases of periodontal disease and treatment and in the placement of dental implants.

Dr. Sheppard has been in private practice since 2004. She takes pride in providing her patients with the highest quality care using the latest technology and using a patient centered approach. In 2005, she co-founded The Northwest Society of Women Dentists, an organization for women who were often also business owners.
